Give another teammate access to your shared workspace. Billed annually upfront at $1,188 per seat. Seats share your existing research allowance. Additions are prorated to your renewal date and apply after payment. Reductions apply at renewal only when active members and pending invitations fit the new total.
Research 20 additional new KOL profiles with credits that roll over until the end of your current paid annual account term. Monthly credits are used first. Packs do not include refreshes and are never purchased automatically.
Add-ons are available on active paid subscriptions with renewal enabled; not during a trial.
A new profile successfully created through external discovery. A search can return several profiles, so 100 profiles does not mean 100 searches. Failed research, duplicate results and existing profiles do not consume this allowance.
A fresh external research check on an existing profile. A completed refresh counts even when it confirms there are no changes. Refreshes have their own shared monthly allowance.
Your whole organization shares 100 new profiles and 25 refreshes each month. Additional seats do not increase those allowances. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Pack credits roll over until the end of the paid annual account term in which they were purchased.
Subscriptions renew annually unless you turn off auto-renew. Founding Member renews at the Founding Member price, currently $14,388/year before applicable taxes, for as long as the account stays active. Turn off renewal in Billing & Usage to prevent the next annual charge; full access continues through your paid term. Additional seats and research packs cannot be purchased while renewal is off.
You can view existing profiles for 90 days after your paid plan ends. Completed exports are downloadable while their files remain available; export files expire 30 days after generation. New research, edits, invitations and new exports require an active plan. Workspace read access ends after the read-only period.
